White masterbatch is one of the most widely used mixtures in the polymer industry. White masterbatch is a mixture of base polymer with white pigment and additive, which is added to polymer products to create white coating and color.
An essential additive in the production of white masterbatch is titanium dioxide, which creates desirable final properties due to its high refractive index, good dispersion in the matrix, and chemical and thermal stability. Calcium carbonate, zinc sulfate, barium sulfate, talc, etc., are other standard white pigments that each have a specific use according to their properties.
Our white masterbatches contain high-quality titanium dioxide. Each product’s type of titanium dioxide is selected to match the intended indoor and outdoor applications’ requirements.
Our White masterbatches are processed in state-of-the-art compounding lines, and each lot is subjected to a series of tests based on international standards. We have set strict tolerance limits for each parameter, studying the requirements for each end-use.
Parameters controlled are pigment content, color, dispersion quality, moisture content, and pellet size and quality.
Available white masterbatches include three categories, Rafcolor, Filcolor, and Colorin, and each class contains four grades.
FILCOLOR
White masterbatch suitable for the production of polymer films
FILCOLOR is a group of production masterbatches of POLYCHEM company, which is specially produced for the production of polymer films.
According to the type of production process, production speed, film thickness, and required coverage it can be provided in the following grades.

OTHER PRODUCTS
WHITE MASTERBATCH
White masterbatch is a mixture of polymers with white pigment and additives to create white coating and color. An essential additive in the production of white masterbatch is titanium dioxide.
FILLER MASTERBATCH
Filler masterbatch is a combination of CaCo3, primary polymer and special additives. These masterbatches produce by a different polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene.
COLOR MASTERBATCH
Color masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of base polymer with organic or inorganic color pigments. By adding a small amount of color masterbatch, the desired color can be achieved in the final product.
ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH
An additive masterbatch is a concentrate in granule form for modifying thermoplastics. Additive masterbatches consist of one or more additives and a polymer-specific carrier resin.
ENGINEERING BLENDS
Polymer blends are a mixture of at least two macromolecular compounds, polymers, or copolymers. Polymer blends are utilized in various applications based on their properties and end-use requirements.
COMPOUNDS
A compound consists of prepared plastic formulations by mixing and/or blending polymers, fillers, and specific additives in the molten state to achieve the desired characteristics of the final product.
