Filler Masterbatches use for cost saving, improved processing, and property modification of plastic products, such as anti-split in PP tapes, impact modifier in PP, and cost reduction in PE bags.
Masterbatch contains calcium carbonate particles (Caco3), among the most widely used products. This category of masterbatches is produced based on polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene.
Our filling masterbatches are produced using coated calcium carbonate and high-quality additives and production lines with the latest technology in the world. The following are the features of this product:
– Stable performance of the product in the production process
– Ensuring high loading capability for film and raffia production
– The best tensile strength in comparison with other market samples
– The relatively best price-to-performance ratio
Customization is possible based on the customer’s production process, such as the need for sanitary applications, UV stabilization, and color spectrum in a wide range of olefinic resins.
Calcichem
Calcichem is a concentrated mixture of 80% Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) and a carrier resin (PP/PE). Calcichem is a cost-saving solution for plastic manufacturers (plastic bags, PP woven raffia, non-woven, injection household items, etc.).
The main feature of Calcichem is its high loading capability in producing the film, raffia, sheet, and injection parts.
OTHER PRODUCTS
WHITE MASTERBATCH
White masterbatch is a mixture of polymers with white pigment and additives to create white coating and color. An essential additive in the production of white masterbatch is titanium dioxide.
FILLER MASTERBATCH
Filler masterbatch is a combination of CaCo3, primary polymer and special additives. These masterbatches produce by a different polymer such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene.
COLOR MASTERBATCH
Color masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of base polymer with organic or inorganic color pigments. By adding a small amount of color masterbatch, the desired color can be achieved in the final product.
ADDITIVE MASTERBATCH
An additive masterbatch is a concentrate in granule form for modifying thermoplastics. Additive masterbatches consist of one or more additives and a polymer-specific carrier resin.
ENGINEERING BLENDS
Polymer blends are a mixture of at least two macromolecular compounds, polymers, or copolymers. Polymer blends are utilized in various applications based on their properties and end-use requirements.
COMPOUNDS
A compound consists of prepared plastic formulations by mixing and/or blending polymers, fillers, and specific additives in the molten state to achieve the desired characteristics of the final product.
